This week on BMG, host Beau Bradley (he/they) sits down with filmmaker and director of the docu-series Trans In Trumpland, Tony Zosherafatain (he/him). Tony chats with Beau about why he and his business partner started TransWave Films, a trans-owned and run production company based in New York, U.S.A; and how the underrepresentation of transgender individuals in film and media was a driving force in the conception of both TransWave Films and Trans in Trumpland. The pair then walk through the four episode series, discussing the journey through North Carolina, Texas, Mississippi, and Idaho where Tony meets with four different transgender individuals experiencing life in the Trump-Era.
