We took a wonderful virtual paseo through SXSW’s virtual 6th street and share a selection of discoveries and fresh sounds in this week’s Beat Latino. From Austin’s own border cumbia courtesy of Como Las Movies to the cautionary corrido trap of Ascenso Recio to the danceclub beats of Mariana Bo to classic garage-ish CDMX rock of Los Blenders, it was a SXSW to remember, despite the absence of multitudes and fish tacos.
