Today  Lisa-Anne returns to the show and has Hazelanna McMahan from Summit to Swamp back on  the show.  Hazelanna's announcing that the 2024 event in Randall WA is back May 4th and adding new fun to the already crazy fun event.  If you love the hill you can run it more than once, or if you loved the river you can run the river trail more than once, if you want to hang out in the swamp and run it over and over you can!  This year you have multiple reasons to stay in Randle for the weekend. Beast's Endurance is hosting their Beasts One event following the Summit to Swamp and if you want to just take in a nice 5k recovery race, Packwood has their annual 5k Just up the road.
