Episode 276 Eat Like a Bird(please Dont) Coach Elise is back in the studio

Mike reaches out to Coach Beast Elise to check in on his weight loss, weight gain, and fitness journey.  Long term listeners would know that host Mike  struggled for years with his weight and his overall physical fitness.  He has  sustained many injuries in his life and his go to recovery has been to  sit on the couch and eat potato chips.   Mike was down over 105# this year and is checking back in with his coach for his  continued transformation.  At one point when he was at his most weight loss he was looking sick.  Elise and Mike talk about healthy diet as she is now a certified nutrition coach as well as physical trainer.

Elise specializes in injury prevention/assessment.  We should start to see more follow up episodes with her  checking up on Mike's progress.
