Pretty Mike James  continues our monthly conversation with The OCR
Trainer  Megan Beck .  She is an  OCR trainer and can help you get
better  at obstacle completion or  attacking the course.   She is also
one of the  hosts of Middle Of The  Pack Podcast .  

This was supposed to be a monthly check in on how Mike's progressing and comparing notes. But with a shoe blowout at SISU PNW that ended up being the focus of the shoe. Both Mike and Megan(and your editor in chief Sir Boggs) are all pretty disappointed with Altra ending the King MT a few year back and not having something that is in our opinion comparable. Mike is down to his last pair, so is Boggs, and now Megan has rotated her last pair into the mix. We hate finding new shoes! But, I digress, this is an episode where Mike and Megan talk about testing gear before a race, rotating gear to keep fresh, and there is a bit a of message to ALTRA in there......
