Can you believe it's been a month eh?  

Charity and Ryan Fick are back to bring you another special podcast talking with some of our friends from Canada.  Today they talk with Genevieve Cholette of Victoria BC.  She migrated from Ottawa recently and talks about the difference it makes to travel off Vancouver Island to races how that effects her.  She also elaborates on this being her 10th year running Spartan and how if it hadn't been for the community she found in Tough Mudder her passion may have waned.  Ryan and Charity talk Worlds Toughest and discuss the hope that it'll happen this year with the acquisition of Tough Mudder at Spartan.  This podcast goes all over the place about training, equipment, shoes, and more.  You'll have to listen as there is too much to type here!
