Previous Episode: Super Bowl LV Recap
Next Episode: Tamper Me Legally

We're back from our brief hiatus! And of course we've got a lot to talk about...

On this week's episode, we discuss a variety of scenarios that could play out with both the Chicago Bears and Atlanta Falcons now that the NFL salary cap number has officially been set at $182.5M for next season.

In addition to that, we discuss who got the better end of the deal (or is it great for both sides?) between the Dallas Cowboys and Dak Prescott, who signed a 4-year, $160M contract just a few days ago. Then, Nabeel does a deep dive into a topic that's been on his—and every single Bears fan's mind—for the last two weeks, which is when and how will Russell Wilson become the guy in Chicago since he's clearly open to playing there?!

The show actually leads off with some breaking NBA news: the mutual parting of ways between the San Antonio Spurs and LaMarcus Aldridge. We also speculate on where he will end up and why.

Other topics discussed: Are All-Star Games worth it? Are they necessary? Also, how much responsibility does Matt Ryan have on his shoulders going into next season since he's technically the second-most expensive player in the NFL for next year? And Nabeel clarifies his social media comments on Patrick Mahomes' Super Bowl postgame comments.

As always, you can sound off on any of the above on our social media pages @bearsbirdsandbrews on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Don't forget to like and subscribe to our podcast either! Shares, subscriptions, and reviews help us greatly, and we love to hear your feedback!

Lastly, this week's featured beers are from Creature Comforts Brewing Co. Visit any Atlanta-area Taco Mac anytime during the month of March to try Creature Comforts on tap since it's their Beer of the Month. If you go on a Thursday you might even get a free pint glass or koozie!

Cheers!
