Previous Episode: Adam Easterling (Orthodox)
Next Episode: Rusty Pistachio (H2O)

On this episode I'm joined by Justin Enis, head roaster at Bolt Coffee as well as bassist for the doom/sludge metal band Burr. Justin and I talk all about sourcing, roasting, and tasting coffee, as well as his introduction to the specialty coffee industry and the newest release from Burr.

During the episode Justin was drinking a cup of Kenya Gatomboya roasted at Bolt and I was enjoying a cup of Finca El Salvador by Gardelli.

The Finca El Salvador is an anaerobic processed single-origin coffee from Els Salvador with notes of blackberry, cacao and pear.
