On this first episode of 2022, I'm joined by director of coffee for Medici Roasting, Eric Lepine. We sit down to talk about his journey in the coffee industry, coffee sourcing, collecting vinyl, and his top music pick of 2021.
During the episode Eric was drinking Pacamara El Salvador from Medici and I was having a cup of Goose Keeper's Columbian single origin, which had some delicious almond and chocolate notes with a slight citrus.
