On Christmas Eve, we seasonally WAIT for Christ to be born. 1 Jn reminds us to also WATCH for the anti-Christ. He's predicted, a poser, and powerful, even doing signs and wonders.

During Christ's earthly time, and shortly afterwards, signs and wonders are used to AUTHENTICATE His message. Now, His MESSAGE is used to AUTHENTICATE signs and wonders. This is so we don't get confused.

So we WAIT for Christ. We WATCH for those opposed to Him. And, we WAIT FOR Christ to WALLOP the anti-Christ with His mere breath. 2 Thes 2:8. God does not leave the one opposed to Him as unopposed. Jesus is the One we have been waiting for on Christmas Eve. He is the ANTI-anti-Christ. Merry Christmas.
