They are directional toward God: under the mighty hand of GodThey are directional toward people: the right people occupying the right rolesThey are self-imposed: clothe yourself. Humble yourself.They are beneficial: God gives grace, favor, care & help to the humbleThey are protective: relying on the twin towers of submission and humility avoids the opposition of God.
