We get to respond to Armageddon before it actually happens. We hear that all rebellion to God and the ways of God will be destroyed at that battle. Jesus wins easily. The birds eat the vanquished. Teaching point: don't be bird-food.
God wants to be with us knuckleheads who say YES to Him. At the end of the battle, NOBODY is left to resist Him. Only permanent punishment and separation from Him await those that persistently rebelled. Here's the point: don't be one of the rebellious die-hards. For, at the battle of Armageddon, they will be the ones who will be dying hard. Let's respond rightly, humbly, gratefully BEFORE the battle.
