Dan’s background is all over the place, on the professional side, he was a CA, worked as CFO and VP Sales of the Toronto Argonauts for almost a decade, had his own consulting business where Dan focused on sales training and strategic planning for business (mostly in sports and entertainment), but transitioned to real estate full time with the creation of On The Block.

Dan co-founded OTB with Katie Steinfeld in 2017, and they have been growing the brokerage and auction house consistently since then. Dan lives in Vaughan, and we've got four kids at home.
