The weekend, a vacation or just time alone - taking a break is important. It's like rebooting your computer when it's acting up. Your brain can regain its focus with a short break from thestress of work. Unpluging from social media, computers and work is a good thing.

If you have made sure your break will not disrupt your work or your business, spending time away and unplugged is a good thing.

Keep your thoughts on target with your goals and dreams and do not let others tamper with them at all. Stay on your defined path towards your goal and let no one derail you.
