I Can’t Shake My Depression After Loosing My Dad

There's nothing like losing a parent. Being sad is OK but retaining the depression for many years can be very destructive. Understanding that the energy of your loved one has never left only the physical state is gone is paramount.

In this episode I hope listener deal with 20 years of depression because of the loss of her father. I can totally relate after losing my dad at 10 years old.

I think we can all do a little bit better. Think about what you’re thinking about and practice awareness. Stay on your defined path towards your goal and let no one derail you.
