Have you ever felt the intense squeeze of life when you experience stress, fear, a bad moment, or a not so good day? Maybe you've had a not so good week and that squeeze of life feels like you are walking in a fog and you need that ray of light to shine through?

I can't promise you that this episode will be it for you ---- but I hope it points your compass to the direction of the light that is greater than any encouraging word I have for you.

In fact, you all are in for a special treat ---- a little ray of sunshine in the midst of your day! My twelve year old daughter brings her light of encouragement to the table with us! Before bed the other night, I asked her what her thoughts were on --- How Great is Our God?

And the things she was unpacking were SO amazing, that I had to have her come on and share with us her perspective!

Believe me, I did not even know the things she was about to say, it had my mouth dropped and encouraged! I pray and hope this is a blessing to you all!

And as you think about how great our God is this week, try these things when you feel the dark clouds moving in.

1. Remind yourself of His Word --- THE truth, the way, the light, from a verse or testimony from the Bible. The Bible is God's way of comforting us and helping us through the valleys and circumstances we face. To know that He promises to pursue us with His goodness and faithful love for all our days. (Psalm 23)

2. Praise Him. He is Worthy of ALL Praise. How has God been great to you in your life? Where have you seen His mighty hand move in your life? Play and listen to the Praise and Worship Song by Chris Tomlin: "How Great is Our God", if you'd like, to remind you as well!

3. Ask yourself, "How can I be a blessing to someone by shining a light on their path and to remind them, of how GREAT, God was, is and will be forever!

Let's grab your cup of coffee, get on your walk or run, or wherever you are ----- BE ENCOURAGED!
