Throughout all his successes and failures, Anthony has come to realize his true passion and skill are split into two directions. The first would be HR. Anthony has a deep passion for impacting those he works with while also impacting the organization at scale. He uses strategy, love, candor and empathy as it pertains to an employee base to help them drive better results for a brand as well as drive better strategic results for their own personal futures. As for his second focus and direction, he also loves partnership integrations, helping any organization think through and implement channel partnerships and win-win integrations to either scale sales, PR, team capabilities, etc.
