Her story is unique that she had to create the life around this new experience that she went through in her senior year.

Paula is her pen name, she adopted this name after her friend told her that she should bring a name to the opera diva, that was belting out of her vocal cords. This was one of her tourettes sounds that came from within herself.

At the age of 24 not only did she experience having a boyfriend for the first time, she also started to develop tourettes.

Paul worked in a library as she was putting books away this hiccup sound came from her vocal cords, however this wasn't a familiar hiccup situation.

This sound and feeling was something that Paula didn't experience previously. These sounds appeared once a day, climbing up to several times a day when her co-workers started to count her occurrences.

The more the would count the more sounds came out of her.

Paula didn't understand what was happening, and felt that she was being outcasted when she was thrown out of her music class in her junior year of college.

It took a toll on her that she had to take a step back and reflect on everything she was experiencing one summer away from everything.

She had experienced her many emotions wondering if she should go back to school after she failed every class the year before. The great thing about the college she was at, is that you had to see a psychologist to make sure you don't repeat the previous year in the present year.

As she went to speak to the psychologist he's the one that diagnosed her with tourettes that made Paula's life a little bit easier.

Author of 4 books, Paula started to tell her story giving other women  permission to thrive from their discomforts to accepting who they are.

This story is one of great wisdom and acceptance of who you are, however it didn't come easy.

It came with a great deal emotional uproar that Paula had to deal with.

She found herself changing the people in her life to really, giving herself permission to accepting this new personality coming out of her without judgement by others that didn't understand it.

Paula turned her life around and now is able to take care of her destiny with the right mindset, thoughts and desires she wants to create for herself.

Take a listen and pass on to family and friends that need to hear this powerful, courageous message.
