Martha has been stuck in silence for 30yrs dealing with depression and the stigma it carries, once she found her voice she now is eager to share her story with everyone and help people find their colourful life as well.

Being married for nineteen years with her first love since she was twenty one. Being bullied since a young age Martha was desperate for love and after two and half months she decided to get married.

Being a successful make-up artist, travelling the world, Martha looked happy from the outside looking in. However she was wearing a mask hiding from her truth and inner suffering. She called herself the greatest pretender.

The day that she turned 40 she was depressed and realized she didn’t want to live her life like this anymore.

Being married to an abusive narcissist. Martha learned how to love herself, found a sense of belonging within herself and within three years found herself a new amazing partner that accepts her for who she is.

Starting from the bottom after her former husband took all her money. Martha had a great support system that helped her get back on her feet, she bought a new car and rebuilt her life again.

Martha surrendered to the situation she was in and believed in the universe to give her what she needed to get back her life.

Being called to more jobs, expanding her network of people she found herself rebuilding her life as she was bringing gratitude to all those that helped her through this difficult process.

Writing an open letter to her husband, reading it out loud as it was being recorded, Martha felt the biggest transformation at that time in her life, as she shifted from an old energy into a new energy that uplifted her even more.

She has no hatred or animosity towards her former husband. She is actually grateful for him and what he has taught her about herself.

With her new partner by her side, Martha was in complete awe of how her life is molding in her favour that she found herself feeling emotional after a family photoshoot that she always wanted to have with her family, cat and new lover.

Martha gives wisdom for every women that is going through this journey and finding difficulty in moving forward in their life.

Being stabbed by her dad at a young age she realized after an NLP training session that she was holding onto so much childhood trauma in her body without realizing it.

Now, she lives her authentic life with love, laughter and confidence sharing her story with the world hoping to help women find the courage to step out of their trauma and suffering and create a life that they desire to live.
