We discuss his fiance Ashley purchasing him his first professional smoker that propelled him towards a career in BBQ. We get into his underground pop-ups and the new brick and mortar location opening mid to late summer/early fall. He has the passion, creativity, and a strong support system in Ashley that makes his future extremely exciting.
