Pastor Wes Morris

Proverbs 29:18 (MSG) If people can’t see what God is doing, they stumble all over themselves; But when they attend to what he reveals, they are most blessed.

✓  Public Perspective: The part of our life that we want people to see.

✓  Private Perspective: The part of our life that we don’t want people to see.

✓  God Perspective: Our life seen through the potential God sees in it.

Isaiah 55:8-9 (NIV) For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord. “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.

SUMMER VISION

I. FOUNDATION OF FAITH

Luke 5:4-6 (NIV) When he had finished speaking, he said to Simon, “Put out into deep water, and let down the nets for a catch.” Simon answered, “Master, we’ve worked hard all night and haven’t caught anything. But because you say so, I will let down the nets.” When they had done so, they caught such a large number of fish that their nets began to break.

Hebrews 11:1 (NIV) Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.

This summer I have faith for ____________.

II. HOLY HABITS

II Timothy 2:22 (TLB) Run from anything that gives you the evil thoughts that young men often have, but stay close to anything that makes you want to do right. Have faith and love, and enjoy the companionship of those who love the Lord and have pure hearts.

I Corinthians 9:24-25 (CEB) Don’t you know that all the runners in the stadium run, but only one gets the prize? So run to win. Everyone who competes practices self-discipline in everything. The runners do this to get a crown of leaves that shrivel up and die, but we do it to receive a crown that never dies.

This summer I’m going to focus on ____________.

III. RESTORED RELATIONSHIPS

Mark 3:25 (NIV) If a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand.

II Corinthians 13:11 (NIV) Finally, brothers and sisters, rejoice! Strive for full restoration, encourage one another, be of one mind, live in peace. And the God of love and peace will be with you.

This summer I’m believing for healing with my ____________.
