The Commanders trade out of the #11 pick, and draft Jahan Dotson at #16 while getting picks on Day 2!

Brent and Dre react just a few minutes after the Washington Commanders' selection of Dotson, and as you may have guessed, the reaction was split. Dre thought the choice was fine given what happened in front of the Commanders, while Brent wanted to select Hamilton or even Olave if it had to be WR with our first pick.

Brent also thought that with the Giants' selections at 5 and 7 and the Eagles trading for A.J. Brown, the Commanders are quickly free-falling in the division. Brent also thought that the fact Washington traded back with the Saints, who then selected Olave, was another strike against Ron Rivera and Co's ability to lead the franchise, which led him to believe that the Dotson selection was another reactionary response similar to the Carson Wentz trade.
