We dive right into the players - pitchers and hitters - who stood out over the weekend, I get into playing time concerns (platoons to watch for, etc), then give some deeper league guys I am watching and streaming. I answer all you questions along the way.

These videos and live streams will take place all season long.

My notes for this stream:
Will Smith will factor into saves. Velo was up last night AND Leclerc should have been available. Likely matchup based

Kodei Senga crushed his first appearance. Love to see it. Now let’s see how he does with the marlins

Brendan Donovan is running with the leadoff spot vs RHP and is not looking back. Also the approach change is proving effective early on with a 30.8% barrel rate and 2 HRs. Oh and he is still striking out just 13.3% of the time. The most noticeable change is the lack of walks. As in he has no recorded one after having a 12.8% walk rate last season.
61.5 pull rate
36.5 gb rate
50 pull fb rate
swing 46.2 compared to 37.8
29.6 chase vs 23.2
7.7 sw str vs 5.4
Somehow swinging at less 1st pitches in the process.
An aggressive approach

Something of note is Jarred Kelenic has been striking out so much. It is still early but 42.9% through these 4 games is less than ideal

Justin Steele looked great in his first outing. Weather was not the best and he was still sharp

Lineups to discuss:
TBR
Orioles
DBacks

Nick Gordon has started daily but also been pinch hit for in every game. Not an ideal situation so I am sitting him moving forward

O. Cabrera and yankees PT fallout. Cabrera has not been good yet but he has a couple hits now. He is playing everyday and Hicks is not only nonexistent but IKF even started over him. Hicks will work in there at times but when Bader returns he is even more of a non factor.

Deep league streams 2 hitters 2 pitchers
Alex Call a good amount of LHP and PT with C-Dick out
Conner Capel facing 5 RHP this week
Kutter Crawford vs PIT (possibly @DET)
Josh Fleming vs Nats
