We made it to 150 in the Adjunct Series, y'all! Almost two years exactly to the recording date, we finally had Andrew Silver from Kingston, ON's Fine Balance back on the pod. We caught up on what's been happening the last two years, we went in-depth into their third-anniversary beers (all 9 of them!), we discussed the value of joining provincial bodies like the Ontario Craft Brewers Association, the pros and cons of getting SKUs in the LCBO, how breweries can survive "in this economy", and how to appeal to craft beer drinkers in every segment of the market. We got into their Bene Pilsner collab with Bar Volo, Single Pop IPA with Badlands, Double Pop Double IPA with Town, and Triple Pop Triple IPA with Counterpart, Gelato Sour with peaches and vanilla, and Reclaim, their bourbon barrel-aged Eisbock (all but Bene were anniversary beers). This was a truly thought-provoking conversation - cheers!
