Recipe
2 oz lemon elderflower soda
1 oz Toki (Japanese Whisky)
A heaping teaspoon of Fig Puree
Fig Puree Recipe
1. Figs - cut into fourths
2. Add to pot and cover with water & sugar
3. Boil figs down until soft (stir regularly)
4. Blend into puree
