BAFTA's TV Question Time returned a week after Lenny Henry CBE delivered the BAFTA Television Lecture, in which he spoke about the decline in black and ethnic minorities in front of, and behind, the camera.
For this TV Question Time, diversity was the big topic, and the industry panel discussed Henry's proposed solution, the problem of unpaid internships, the decision to move BBC Three off the air, and more.
