For those who missed Being in Motion's "FREE DANCE" ecstatic dance meditation workshop, presented by Wonderment Wellbeing on Zoom at the start of the 2020 lockdown, you can now enjoy the wave whenever your body needs to shake it out! Track list below: mix by Freddy Drabble aka Dirty Monkey.

Our ecstatic dances trace a journey of music based on a map of 5 elements that moves the focus up through the body, to a vigorous high point of complete abandon and expansion, to then warm down again via more subtle poetic movements to a final meditative point.

The intention of these sessions with Wonderment was to help you shake off the tension of that unique time and bring the dancing spirit of fun, celebration, vital energy and community into your homes; to turn the isolation that many of us were experiencing into a moment of connection: connecting with our body, our breath, our presence, our inner and outer spaces and all the beautiful people who were tuning in to dance.
