Anger is a topic that is not often discussed but that we all encounter at times. This week on the Badass Ladies Club we get into expressions of anger, the consequences of speaking or acting from anger, why we don’t as a culture focus on how to express anger in a healthy way, and the judgment that follows you when you are labeled as “angry”.
Gary also shares his passion project Vote Out Loud that began in 2020 registering people to vote in the DFW metroplex.
Supporting communities and basic human rights is a passion that follows Gary from his charitable work in fashion and fundraising to childhood education and equality for all.
