Brijesh Patel has been the head Strength & Conditioning Coach at Quinnipiac University since 2008. Prior to Quinnipiac he was the assistant S&C coach at the College of Holy Cross. Coach B overseas all 21 sports but spends the majority of his time with men's and women's basketball/ice hockey. He is known for his all encompassing training philosophy which focuses on improving an athlete's ability to move functionally in different positions that they will encounter throughout their sport. Workouts include numerous types of exercises centered around flexibility, speed, power, balance and core strength. Coach B is known for his ability to get the most out of his athletes not just from a physical standpoint, but more importantly a mental one.
