Hello Friends! Today we're recording on the other side of the globe to take a run through some wonderful selections from the British Beat scene from '63 to '65. From uptempo groovers from the likes of The Beatles, Herman's Hermits, The Searchers, Unit Four plus Two & The Zombies, to smoother numbers from The Dave Clark Five, The Hollies, and Peter and Gordon. Tracks inbetween come courtesy of The Kinks and The Animals, and in this week's LP feature we're taking at look at the self titled debut LP from The Rolling Stones, including the first ever Jagger/Richard composition, a killer R'n'B rocker, and a group effort in collaboration with Phil Spector, Graham Nash, and Allan Clarke! Need I say more?
Happy Listening,
Frederick
