We speak with a returning guest, Andrea Trevisi who is an Italian and was a resident in Italy at the time of this World Cup and two fans from Singapore, Lubis Ratno and Sivaram. Lubis runs the Football Network SG group on Facebook and Siva is a big Bayern Munich, Germany and Bundesliga fan.

Andrea spoke about the development of the infrastructure and stadiums in Italy leading to the World Cup and the expectations of the locals for the host nation.

We then ask Lubis and Siva what they knew of the World Cup leading up to it at that time.

We then discuss the surprise teams in the tournament, standout players, colourful characters and the reputation of being a negative World Cup.

Andrea discusses the performance of the host nation in the tournament while Luis and Siva discuss how their favourite team did in the World Cup. We tap into their memory bank of watching the matches in the stadium (Andrea) and watching them in front of the TV (Lubis & Siva).

We end the show with their Italia 90 XI.
