After 3 weeks away, Back Passt x Balestier Khalsa is back with our 6th episode and this week we focus on the club's youth setup as we interview the Head of Youth, Firdaus Salleh and the U21 Head Coach, Indra Sahdan.

We find out from Firdaus whether the youth team would mirror the senior squad in terms of tactics and philosophy of each youth team would have its unique philosophy and tactics.

We then find out from Indra how this opportunity to join Balestier Khalsa came about, his coaching methods, the formation of this U21 team and their expectations.

We find out from Firdaus what it is like to have someone with vast playing experience like Indra in the coaching setup, his playing and coaching career, the formation of his U15 team, and the challenges he faces adn the approach he adopts.
