We speak to Balestier Khalsa's new Head Coach, Peter De Roo this week. 

We find out how he got to know of the job vacancy at Balestier and what convinced him to take up the job. The difference between the role of a Technical Director and Head Coach, the difficulties of coming in the final phase of the league season to work with a squad he inherited. 

We then got him to describe himself as a Head Coach and what the fans can expect from him, working with the players and if anyone has impressed him, looking ahead to the next match against Albirex Niigata and the standard of the teams in the Singapore Premier League.
