Season 4 Episode 21 is out with Landon Steiner. Landon is currently an assistant coach at Transylvania University located in Lexington, Ky. Landon goes in-depth talking about the development at a D3 and how to overcome the restrictions that comes with that. Landon talks about how in order to become a successful organization you have to trust people outside of the school to train your players at a high level.
2022 has been a crazy year for recruiting. Currently for D1 there are 3,600 athletes in the transfer portal. The portal has changed everything about recruiting and it will only get crazier.
