Episode 8 Season 3 I decided to talk about my experience passing the CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) certification. I have watched and listened to so many different Youtube/podcasts about how to take this test.

I started to study for this test near the end of 2019. I decided to take this exam because my goal was to work for a professional baseball organization within player development. I graduated college with a degree in supply chain management and did not have any professional attributes to further my progression in player development. The members of the Double A Corpus Christi Hooks told me to be respected you needed to get your CSCS.

This certification was a process to get but I am so happy I decided to take a chance to pass this test. I not only learned about strength and conditioning but I learned about how to self-study, personal diligence, and to not fear failure.
