Episode 3 Season 3 is out with Eric Minshall. Eric is currently the Director of Pitching Initiatives at Ohio Baseball Science Academy in Cincinnati, OH. He is also the Southern Illinois Miners (Frontier Professional Baseball League) Pitching Coach. During 2019, Eric was the pitching coach for the Bristol Pirates (Rookie Ball Affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates).

During 2020, Eric opened Ohio Baseball Science Academy located in Cincinnati, OH. Ohio Baseball Science Academy is known for using technology and data to further players overall development. OBSA is also a certified Rapsodo facility which allows them to hold special Rapsodo events to help collect data to interpret RAPSCORES to players. This allows players to be recruited from schools across the country in a database.

Before OBSA, Eric started the Cincinnati Throwing Club. Before pitching Twitter and YouTube started blowing up. Eric starting putting pitching development videos on YouTube which allowed his coaching style spread across the country. These videos are still currently on YouTube under Cincinnati Throwing Club.

Before OBSA and the Pittsburgh Pirates, Eric worked jobs that were not in the baseball world. Eric goes onto explain that his experiences outside of the baseball world has helped him mold into the coach he needs to be. This also helped him to realize his passion for baseball and pitching as a whole.

Eric is one of the best pitching minds I have ever met. He is always trying to further himself in Biomechanics, Data Interpretation, and Sports Science. Eric knows that these qualities are the future of pitching.
