Delay of game! What do you mean we haven't talked about sports anime yet?!

Although being in the game since the late 60's, anime that involve sports have a low presences. But for the low percentage of people that do watch sports anime, they know the shows are hella fun to watch. Whether it is for educational purposes or enjoying a sport you know and love they damn near have a show for everyone. Or do they?

In todays episode of The Beam Me Up podcast, the crew will be analyzing anime that is based on sports. Do the fans watch it for the character development and plot or is it seeing the sport in a anime picture that has people jumping? Is it better to watch your favorite sport than others and do you enjoy sports more in anime form or real life? No matter your answers, we will be going over all of it. just don't tell everyone. Someone might ask you to hand up your anime card if they find out your looking in that genre.
