Bandofla is embracing poetry this week and looking back at World Poetry Day as we speak to one of the Poetry Society's newest members, a young poet from Tottenham, North London, Ela Altinbas.

Speaking with Ela Altinbas has been hugely uplifting and it makes me think again of the issue around how young a person should be to have the right to vote. Ela is a year 9 student - her wisdom and social conscience is, in my humble opinion outstanding.
