Beyond that, Taillon has struggled mightily, the bullpen woes have lingered, the offense is leaving a lot to be desired, and the Cubs are five games under .500. Nonetheless, they find themselves still in the mix in an exceedingly mediocre (according to Ross, "sh***y) and winnable NL Central so let's stay optimistic?
