Balancing work, life, and staying healthy can be tricky. My guest is the first to admit that she hasn't mastered this ability but is constantly working to improve. In this episode is L.J. Stanton, she talks about writing with a disability and how she keeps things in balance. L.J. shares some fantastic advice for authors in any walk of life. Having been diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, L.J. talks a lot about knowing your body and its limits.

The biggest thing I took away from my interview with L.J. Stanton was that we, as writers, need to surround ourselves with people. Those with who we can be extremely honest and have clear communication.
