So it began with my doctoral dissertation, which I did on grit goal setting and social support. And I had always been an overachiever my entire life. And I got to a point where I was stuck, and I could not finish writing my dissertation. And I was like, what the heck? I could I mean, I've accomplished so many things and did most of them by myself. So it was fun, but it was also a lonely journey of accomplishments.
