00:34:14 Takara Masterpiece News

Takara MP-41 Masterpiece Dinobot has hit retail pre orders this week upsetting fans with an expected 28,000 yen price tag which is about $245 USD. One local retailer has it up for $269 so Dinobot is looking to be the most expensive MP beastwars figure, and in the MP10 area price-wise. So it's now got Collectors wondering the figures scale, or accessory count that would make the figure more expensive than Megatron.

How much is too much for a Masterpiece figure?

00:39:38 Blind bagged toys fans are rejoicing this week at the news that Kid Robot, already known to Transformers fans for their vinyl figures, are bringing out a new series of blind-bagged figures based on IDW’s Transformers vs GI Joe comic series.

00:42:19 Paramount has been relying on Chinese investment from a company called HuaHua to finance a lot of their recent movies. That deal is now over, sources say, citing poor returns on investment for recent pictures including Transformers: The Last Knight.

Other news

00:47:13 A new statue manufacturer has popped up in China called Titanium Alloy.  Their first statue is a Fall of Cybertron Optimus Prime measuring 30 inches tall. Unsure if it's licences yet as there's no logos on it but we know hasbro usually allow statue makers to make their products.

00:53:42 Unique Toys has shown off its new Bruticus Combiner at SGC 2017. (Image 15 or 21)

This figure was to be Toyworld’s Bruticus but the designers jumped ship and took their designs with them, so now for unique toys to not have to pay for engineering and design the bots are approx $60 each.

More of a parts former since thighs aren't part of onslaughts transformation.
