Despite the hype, both find it to be a charming love story and invigorating technical achievement, capped with showstopping performances from nominees Jean Dujardin and Berenice Bejo.



Also on tap is Steven Soderbergh’s latest, “Haywire,” a spy thriller about a mercenary on the run and thirsty for payback. Starring MMA fighter Gina Carano, the film has enough style and action to appeal to Soderbergh novices.
