[17:20] The ads that we see are starting to become relevant in things that we’re interested in, but we’ve still got a long way to go.

[18:35] To make money with AI-Driven ads, you need to deliver value.

[19:36] Don’t waste marketing resources showing irrelevant ads. Instead, focus on what people want.

[20:25] There is more to leveraging AI and data than just making money. It saves lives as well.

[23:14] What new technology trends can we expect within the next 5 years?

[23:58] We’re seeing technology partners leveraging As-a-service offerings to help businesses with a storage as a service offering that enables businesses to store data in a way that makes it more accessible for technologies like AI to properly utilize it.

[25:45] It’s very important to choose the right technology partner. You don’t have to do it all yourself.

[33:20] Do you have any takeaways for the audience?

[36:30] In the future of work we need to examine all aspects of our businesses, including from a HR perspective. Who are we hiring? Who can we upskill? Etc. So that we hire people we know and trust.
