Linda Ho is the Chief People Officer at Seismic, an AI-powered sales enablement platform that improves team productivity, collaboration and knowledge sharing. As the Chief People Officer, Linda leads the company’s initiatives around culture, org development, talent acquisition, total rewards and internal communications. Prior to joining Seismic, Linda spent 14 years in various HR leadership roles at Autodesk Inc, most recently as a Vice President, and focused on creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment.


Linda was named a “Top 50 Women Leaders in SAAS” by the Software Report and has been featured as a thought leader in publications such as Bloomberg and the Wall Street Journal. Linda holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Washington, and a Bachelor of Arts in social ecology from the University of California, Irvine.
