A walk through historic Ashwell where we visit the remains of 2 breweries and dozens of pubs - existing and defunct. The walk takes about an hour. It starts at finishes at the Ashwell Springs. Walk through history with Dr Sally Fletcher from the now crystal clear springs that fuelled the brewing tradition to the transplanted waterwheel to the Australian Cow, and everything in between.
