goodbye/fun facts....National Develop Alternative Vices Day.  Tobacco use, excessive consumption of unhealthy foods, excessive consumption of alcohol or coffee, gambling, overindulging in social media, and watching television are all harmful vices.  It is not a day to give up on all fun; rather, it is a day to find new methods to experience it. Take ownership and accountability and act proactively to replace your vices.  Instead of spending too much time browsing through social media, try to conquer this habit by reading some books, whether online or in paperback.  go out with friends or by yourself. Going out allows us to observe other perspectives...and that may be the catalyst for change that you need
