To celebrate our 30th episode, Heyd has selected a movie to discuss that has greatly influenced him, which is chock-full full of salacious themes such as motherhood, the Occult, traditional gender roles and feminism. Rosemary's Baby explores the gestation period of the titular character's womb, which has been "pimped out" (Heyd's words) by her husband, who is appropriately named Guy. Originally a novel by Ira Levin, this movie has captured the imagination of its audience with conspiracy theories focused on satanic horror not to mention a trendy new haircut by Vidal Sassoon!

Tangents: placenta, Boogie Nights, dick pics, ethical pornography, Balthus, Mother!, Sackler family, Stepford Wives
