My guest this week is Actress and Content Creator Andrea Lewis. Like many of us, I first saw Andrea Lewis on the hit Canadian tv show “Degrassi”. She played Hazel Aden, a Somalian born muslim girl who fled during the civil war and now attempts to navigate high school in Toronto. For me, Hazel was the first time I saw someone that looked like me on television. Degrassi didn’t shy away from tough subjects and neither does our guest.
