But the only way to really make the pain go away is to love yourself unconditionally.

That means you have to give to yourself unconditionally. You have to give yourself attention more than you think it is necessary and feel satisfied in each category of self-mastery.

You have to show up every day and put YOU as a priority, regardless of the conditions, and within the conditions, and because of the conditions. 

So it doesn’t matter what’s going on in your life, if you wanna keep growing and evolving, you have to make a list of things that feel good, and you have to make it important that it's part of your daily routine.

Then make a list of the things you want next, in your vortex, and imagine what they feel like, and then meditate often.

Clear your mind.

Slow down the momentum.

Exercise.

Spend time in peace.

Journal regularly.

Create art.

Don’t talk about low-frequency things.

Serve your purpose.

Rinse and repeat…

Feeling good is the only way to heal any disease.
And showing up and investing in yourself through the daily practice of self-love, is the path of least resistance.
